Horse chestnut is a plant that is commonly used for reducing the appearance of vericose veins, the swollen, twisted veins just under our skin.
Typically occuring on our legs, it is often due to long hours of standing and placing pressure on it. Not only vericose veins are unsightly, it can be uncomfortable too. It can cause burning, throbbing, muscle cramping sensation on our legs, it could swell up too.
Horse chestnut is helpful in relieving vericose veins by increasing our blood flow and improve the tone of veins. Additionally, it reduces fluid retention and swelling of the legs.
