How long does it take for the refund amount to be credited back to me?

Once approved, your refund will be processed and an e-gift certificate coupon code will be sent to your email. The refunded value will be valid for a year from the date of refund.

How do I utilise the refunded amount from my e-gift certificate for the next purchase?

Upon reaching step 3 (refer to screenshot below) of the checkout process, please proceed as follow:

1. Tick the “Use Xndo BonusS$ & eGift Card”

2. Select “eGift Card” tab

3. Enter your unique e-gift certificate coupon code (refer to our email notification subject “Gift Certificate”)

4. Click Proceed to complete the checkout process
