Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Everyone's all-time favourite fried rice recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Xndo rice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- ½-inch fresh ginger, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tbsp butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup mixed vegetables, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: spring onion to garnish
Directions:
- Heat coconut oil and butter in a wok
- Over medium heat, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant
- Increase heat and add Xndo rice, toss to coat well
- Turn down to low heat and add vegetables. Mix well
- Add the egg, and toss the mixture to coat the rice well
- Season to taste with and pepper
- Remove from heat and plate
- Garnish and serve hot
